durring adan caddes mandate they called the man too close to ethiopia

for not wanting to clash with them over the ogaden all the bullshid started in late 60s with sharmerke and barre

do u honestly belive in 1960 when he became president somalia had even a military strong enough to take on ethopia. i honestly think if he did go to war as soon as u got independence the nation would have been in choas. tell who in the nation of africa who became president and than lost the election and left office in back than. even the west admires the dude. and u will see every single somali wht ever his tribe maybe uninamously admires him. u cant say that about no other person who came into somali poltics ever. ethiopia hit rock bottom in the 60s in its 2000 year old history because of mengistu even a small army could capture it thats why the small sna of barre captured it very easy and fast but smart man adan cadde said no

EXACTLY

Him leaving office peacefully makes him better than 90% of African leaders post-colonial times.

Its an insult to him to compare him to Abdullahi Yusuf or any one else.

he didnt want war over the ogaden, many somalis got upset and he became unpopular thats why he left office
