Abu Hurayrah said: "The Messenger of Allah said:
"May Allah have mercy on the man who gets up at night to pray and wakes up his wife to pray, and if she refuses, he sprinkles water in her face. And may Allah have mercy on the woman who gets up at night to pray, and wakes her husband up to pray, and if he refuses, she sprinkles water in his face." (Abu Dawood)

"Each of you is a shepherd, and each is responsible for those under his care. A ruler is a shepherd; a man is the shepherd of his family; a woman is the shepherd of her husband's house and children. For each of you is a shepherd and each of you is responsible for those under his care." (Bukhari & Muslim)

The Holy Prophet scw said:
"Any woman who asks her husband for a divorce with no good reason will be deprived of even smelling the scent of Paradise." (Tirmidhi)

"If a woman prays her five daily prayers, fasts her month (of Ramadaan), obeys her husband and guards her chastity, then it will be said to her: 'Enter Paradise through whichever of its gates you wish." (Ahmad & Tabaraani)

"A woman should not fast if her husband is present, except with his permission. She should not allow anyone to enter his house when he is present without his permission. Whatever she spends of his wealth without him having told her to do so, half of the reward for it will be given to him." (Muslim)

According to Bukhari, The Holy Prophet said:
"Your husband and your child are more deserving of your charity."
Abu Huraira reported: Woman has been created from a rib and will in no way be straightened for you; so if you wish to benefit by her, benefit by her while crookedness remains in her. And if you attempt to straighten her, you will break her, and breaking her is divorcing her.
