Its hard too tell abti, due to the fact that they failed too give us any information? Is it located in South Mudug?

Yea it must be... but it must be same abandoned project still looking for information..

Am not quite certain, but I think the University will be built in Southern Mudug, “Hobyo” 2 be exact. There’s no further info. about the construction plan, or the Uni’s schema.....
