I'm sitting here in Agony just now after comming back from the Gymm my Shoulders hurt like mad probably because i tried lifting something that was to heavy for me. Laughing

Any Ideas of how to ease my pain. Crying or Very sad

i always sit in the Sauna for about 15 mins after weight lifting to relax my muscles, you ought to try that.

I hate when i get sore muscles too after exercising but remember that the key to workout is consistency--do not give up!


Remember also to always to drink lots of water--it helps more than you think.


If your muscles hurts alot, try to get a relief massage or just stretch the muscle that hurts.

15 mins is too much, I limit it to 8 - 10 mins in the sauna after weight lifting. Not a sec more.

Mystic, drinking a lot of water and stretching helps. Extremely sore muscles is a beginner's thing.

Thanks guys for the help...i was suppose to start light and gradually get heavier but i did the opposite tying to race someone else...lol

hopefully if i continue doing this..it will eventually help..
