What are the ingredients in making a Guule?

I am a fan of the Cabudwaq Quule Salad;

3 pieces of chopped Qule
1 tomato
1/2 head of lettuce
1 lemon
Vinegar

Chop up quule into small sizes. Make a regular salad and sprinkle quule over the salad.

Voila, a highly nutritious quule salad.
