The Baardheere Bombing....

Post by Gedo_Boy »

Obviously this attempt was to pit Marexaan in a bitter civil war among subclans....we must take every step to make sure this doesn't happen.

Let's not jump to conclusions and see what happens.

Very true. It was not about Hiiraale or Farey but about the entire clan. These guys just hate to see peace in Gedo.

Also, the marexaan Ugaas needs to limit his involvement in politics. It is getting to his head walle.

Ugaas,

I heard from reliable sources that C/Y told some ppl less than 2 months ago (about Hiiraale): "Kaas waan ka takhalusa..." and the recent Baidoa trip he was asked to go to Xamar but refused and left back to Baardheere.

anyways the idea is to split MR along subclan lines b/c if Hiiraale was killed in Baardheere it would look like a certain subclan was behind it and truth be told after Hiiraale, the rest of the MR leaders are either divisive or not well known.

True, Barre is the only one who is holding the unity of the clan together. By getting rid of him, Mareexaan would get plunged in to another internal conflict.

ina Yusuf knows this and he knows that without Barre's role (since he has the backing of his clan), his fragile government would not work.

Remember that Caydiid (before Mareexaan's internal wars) used to appeal the SNF to recognize his interim government. He even appointed a Mareexaan prime-minister to get their attention but Mareexaan still refused.

DawladSade,

that's exactly what I'm talking about.........That's what C/Y wants to create tension btwn Marexaan subclans.

I talked to someone who is very close to Cirro who I trust very much. He said Cirro & Hiiraale had misunderstandings but most of it was blown out of proportion and for a Marexaan man to kill another Marexaan or be an accomplice to something like that is saying something completely different, that's a whole nother level of khiyaano and I don't think we can reach that conclusion just yet about Cirro.

Remember C/Y ma kala jeclo MR and the whole goal is madaxa ina isla geliyo.........ha laga joogo

If it's found out Cirro had something to do w/ it, Reer Ugaas Sharmaake ayaa isla xisaabtami doono and they will be the first to do something about it......but C/Y wants an internal Marexaan overreaction and it's not wise to give it to him.

Reer Ugaas Sharmaake have been supporting Hiiraale from Gedo to Kismayo and it doesn't take Cirro's knowledge to plant a bomb on a Baardheere road.......anybody can do that. And if Reer Ugaas Sharmaake find out Cirro had something to do w/ it he would be outcasted himself, don't worry about that.
