Did you hear about the rose that grew
from a crack in the concrete?
Proving nature's law is wrong it
learned to walk with out having feet.
Funny it seems, but by keeping it's dreams,
it learned to breathe fresh air.
Long live the rose that grew from concrete
when no one else ever cared.

this is one of my favourite poems...i love the way the he metaphoricly explains this ...this is real art.it has a great metaphor about a rose and the way it is able to grow and flourish even in the worst conditions. The concrete represents 2pacs experience or the ghetto shall i say regardless of being in prison he was able to grow as a poet ..laakin this pure art ...i awlays use underestimate tupac laakin when i read some of his poems he is realy talented lyricly.

has any of yous read this book 'the rose that grew from concrete' the collections of all his poems?????????
