for real? You already had a tournament? Where at? Plus, Somalis always recruit Ajnabi on their squads, which doesn't make any sense. I don't care if they could ball or not, but isn't it supposed to be a SOMALI tournament? Also you play at the Laurel tournaments the brothas be havin? Now theres some serious game out there. Cool

The Minnesota Tournament ended today, with Toronto team winning the final against Via Roma(Minnesota). As far as I am concerned, Toronto didn't deserve to win sh1t. There were a lot of teams that were better than them. Ottawa, Seattle and Mankato teams were all better. The Toronto teams is the NBa version of the Spurs. They are unpleasant for the eye and always win with grit rather than talent.

For real? I always liked Ottowa's peoples games for than T dot. Tdot players are very good at one on one, cuz all they play is American (21). Lakin Ottowa ppl always play in a system and orginized. Maybe its flip flopped. About the fight or whatever, waxas waa iska caadi. Theres always a scuffle or fight that breaks out. The big thing is if it turns into a brawl. So Montomory went to work eh? Do you play the Laurel Masjid tournaments, or the Muslim tournaments they have?

The Tournament organizers hired the Minneapolis police department. They had 8 squad cars outside, and 9 police officers inside. Also they had 5 security guards to help them out. I was surprised how many girls turned up to cheer up for the players. I seen soo many new girls with tight skirts and shorts Shocked

the last official tournament that I represented for my City (or State) was the 2005 MN summer tournament, we lost in the semifinals againts Boston. since then, I only play in pick up games, and unofficial basketball tournaments in and around my nieghborhood every now and then. believe it or not The-Screw AKA "Don't let him shoot" is about to retire. Laughing

oh, and about the somalis recruiting madoows, it's about intimidation, a hardcore skinny fock will back off from attacking the rim and/or driving to the hoop if he knows there's a madoow coming right back at him, believe me, i see it all the time.

Saaxib caadi. I wasn't a ridiculous ball playa or anything, lakin I'm 3 years away from my prime. Alaxamdurilah, lakin I haven't had any major injuries. Infact I knew this one really, really good baller from minnisota. I saw him like 3 weeks ago and asked him if he still plays ball. He was like Naw, siigada ayaa iga batay, and I have not been able to jump as high. Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing
