the charecter jason bourne in Bourne identity and supremacy is from?

its Sayoc Kali(philipine martial art), i didnt notice it until i started getting exposure to it,
i alwasy assumed it was Krav Maga, becuase the leg work is very similiar.

Gurey, Your starting to sound like a typical indhayar, How long have you been practicing martial arts ?

-

In my days, The only thing I participated was, my high school wrestling team, Let's just say I wasn't so light on my feet back in my high school years lol for martial arts. Although I was very good at slaming people.

4th and 5th grade.....I did karate, the only thing useful I gained from the experience was flexibleness and tight muscles cuts, which helped me excel in sports and speed when fighting, try to get close to a big person with your karate moves and you will get stamped on. Laughing

Judo as a kid.

There's a Krav Maga school close to my home, but never considered joining because the dudes there are all middle-aged, white cops or firefighters until I saw a black fella in his 20s who became KM student of the month or something. He tried to pursuade me to join, telling me that KM is amazing for your personal development and growth.

Might check it out.

I did some aikido a few years back for a bit, learned some basic offensive and defensive moves. Very good and simple and probably the best out of all the martial arts for self defense.

Some Karate as a Kid.

I personally preferred to learn how to fight on the back alleys.

Rule# 1 in fighting:

If u sense its gonna be a fight, launch the first blow.
