Kick out all the Abgaal. They provide nothing, they just receive easy paychecks; no militia, no generals, NOTHING!

In the next 3 months, A/Yusuf should replace all Abgaal with Sacad and Ceyr; something he should've done on day one. Sacad have 1,000 well-equipped foot troops inside the city and Qeybdiid too; now its time for Ceyr to join in. These Abgaal are useless, they're like an inflated version of Murosade. Heck, Murosade have more power than them in Xamar!

Within 3 months, if the shift doesn't happen, the TFG will be done, these donkey doctors prancing around as ministers will eat up all the money without laying down any sacrifice from their clan.

Abgaal have been used, however they're just USELESS. That's like trying to squeeze a dry orange. WTF!

Sacad are already under the TFG blanket, they alone can easily take on Abgaal and push them out of the TFG, which is a good idea.

Ceyr PEOPLE and Saleban have joined the TFG, now its time for the militia to join. Give it a month.

The only way the TFG will survive is if they provide an inclusive reconciliation conference, reach a power-sharing deal with those who oppose them, get the Ethiopians out and replace them with AU peacekeepers. Only then will Somalia head in to the right direction.
