The ICU was once accused of threatening to behead anyone who doesn't pray. Which accusation is worse; the one I mentioned or yours? The ICU still enjoys the admiration, respect and support of most Somalis. Cheap and baseless accusations or propaganda will have no effect on the reputation of the ICU, because it has a solid track record of tangible actions (restoring peace, order, justice, etc).
