Was Gaddafi Right To Pardon the Bulgarian Nurses?

Secular Gaddafi, under pressure from the West, pardoned the Bulgarian nurses who infected 426 Libyan children with HIV. They were supposed to be put to death, but are now free. What about the condemned and shattered lives of 426 Muslim children? Is there's no value in a Muslim's life? What kind of justice is this?

when did khadaffi had a justice system and a thorough legal system? Libyan hospitals were fucked and dirty and unless you believe qadaffi like this arabman who is intrepretting him as god, all libyan equipments were and hos[itals contaminated. have you seen libyan hospitals? free the doctors and nurses drom Libya. arabman believes dictators like khadaffi, i don't.
