Somaliweyn, its Medieval 2: Total War, the other way around...

And no, its not world peace. The Pope is hiding in Rhodes planning a sea attack, he's the last remaining Catholic on Earth and has no army besides his own bodyguard of 20 men. I'm sending a fleet from Iraklion to kill him.

And I still have the Aztechs to defeat. First thing later today is to send a huge Baglah fleet to the new world. Oh, and stomp the rebellion in Central Europe.

Play it on very hard..I bet u won't get that far, conquering the old world.

Somaliweyn, I'm playing on normal. No point in playing on hard though, adding mods improves and toughens gameplay, higher diff levels just make it more annoying.

I'm playing as Egypt.

You should play the game on at least hard. Cuz the more realistic it is the more fun. Otherwise whats the fun if you can take over the whole world in 3 months

I played it both the game mode and battle mode on very hard. It was a lot of defensive campaigns as almost every faction will gang on you.

Anyways I got a downloaded version from cousin but I can only choose European factions. Whats up with that? Do I need an original version of the game to choose more factions?

Even in the real version, you only start out with 5 Euro factions.

You have to beat the campaign and/or destroy a faction to unlock it, or edit the game files to unlock them all. I edited the game files on day one and unlocked them all.

I don't even play any PC games anymore...(last game i plyd, Championship manager 2006)..i didn't even complete the game, it was a waste of £35.
