Cities with longer names are usually the f-up ones to pronounce, however non of the names in that list sound that weird or ugly.

yo, dhuusamareeb-can't hold the far and isku shuban, dhiarehea are the ugliest names. 3aabud-waaq is unislamic, outright kufur. the mecca of the waaq god.

Emperior, you qabiliste! Lascanood is a great name for a town, and I only added Bosaso to make the anti-MJ crowd happy.
