Where is Maakhir Warsangeli state located ?

I want to discuss the new entity of eastern Saanag that has proclaimed itself as
Maakhir state . Personally I was very sad when I heard the incident at Mayjihiyan where an elder of warsangeli tribe was machinegunned down by Puntland charcoal traders . I've seen pictures of eastern Sanaag even tough it doesn't rival sheeyk and Eil Afweyne and Surud forests of Ceerigaabo , but the great Cal Madow of West Sanaag with Shimbiris Somalias highest peak truly exstends to Warsangeli land.
Who has ever heard of Warsanghelia johannis one of the rarest birds in the world.

But still there is something rotten in the state of Maakhir .

Col Jibrell Ali Salad the creator of the new state claims to have visited Erigavo and other western towns such as Yube , Damalla , Hagare .
From where I stand I think we have to take of the silky gloves and from a cultural tribalistic stand of view not let another entity claim and territory it does not own.
Maakhir state excluded those cities is perfectly fine with me and if it waves the green , white and red Somaliland thats even better.

But if the whole project is a tribal thing they must know that from this map places such as Maydh , Xiis , Erigavo , Hundegal , Helem Bahaila , Midhisho cannot be part of their ambitions.

I have taken som shots from Google earth to demonstrate from you what Maakhir state really is in reality.

Som keywords and facts

Las Koray future main port
Ceelayo furtherst border city to Puntland Somalia
Xingalool most southern city of Maakhir
Badhan the capital
and Hadaaftimo most western city .

other cities Buraan and Dhahar most eastern.
Infrastructe : poor : the unpaved road from Las Koray to Bosaaso
Dhahar connected up to Garowe - Bosaaso highway.

Most likely this new state will rely very much on both Somaliland and Puntland to survive. It has only two hospitals and nothing more not even an airport or a strong diaspora. Warsangeli comprise less than 3 % of North West Somalia .
If it gets a rough start where Erigvao cuts of communication and trade it has to rely very much on Bosaaso and if Garowe cuts communication and trade from there aswell then ..... its probably not going to be a dynamic entity .

About Sool

If the dholbahante tribe is capable of doing the same as their kinsfolk
and proclaim a Sool or dervish state this is the map it will rely on where they reside . As you can see they will loose one third of its original size .
The district of Caynabo , but they will gain Buuhoodle district of Togdheer instead.
From infrastructure they may be cut off from Burco and from there loose badly needed healthcare , trade and communication. Sool is one of the poorest regions of all of Somalia .
Laas Anood will have to rely on Garowe .

What is called SSC , will the warsangelis bow to Dholbahante gaaradka guudka ?
And will Puntland that has the upper hand on both entities allow such creations.

Liiqaaye facts cant be refuted or detoured, Ceeirgabo is sectioned and the Warsangeli are a majority whether your slums are being runned by SL its not my concern. Maakhir state capital is Warsangeli heartland, Baraan so from Ceerigabo to Western Bari is Maakhir State.
