What happened to BASRA?

Wait, do any of you think that there's a possibility that the Somali girl in the accident on the bridge could've been Basra? Me and Advocatar did some IP checks a while back when Screw gave her away, and most people came up with an already-occupied Atlanta address, even I. But Advo came up with an address near Dunwoody technical school in South Minneapolis, not far from the 35W bridge, in fact connected through specific routes.

The girl who died, may she rest in peace, was in her early 20's, I presume, and had a young child. COULD it have been Basra? My dad knew the victim's family and her personality doesn't meet Basra's, then again, its the internet.
