I think naima is the wrong forum......this is not a medical forum.....but as a medical student I can tell yu what is wrong with that patient.....
Gangarine....with a major bacterial infection.... the mostly treatment amputation which means you cut out the limb....

looooooooooool Nayaa, basically he said it suffered necrosis which is death of living tissues and cells. And because of lack of medical treatment, it also suffered bacterial infection, thus cutting off blood flow. I think. LOL
