It was founded last year in Santa Barbara, California by then 23-year-old Jelani Kelley. Kelley has been a professional pilot since 2003.

In recent weeks, he has launched a publicity campaign designed to introduce more people to the services provided by his firm.

According to Kelley, "We not only handle flight logistics, but we can arrange private ground transportation and five star catering."
