Would you agree?

I understand they are tribal groub of sort, however if particular tribe is known to use terror among Somalis, then should they not be excluded as terrorists, yes?

Of course I understand the ramification; that we don't want to pick on certain tribe over others...but should we at least identify them as those that are killing innocent Somalis?

Say YES, or NO
