As opposed to an Amharic. The Amharic of the old Axum and Abyssynian empires that included in there days modern day Somalia. These are the historical ruling class, and the 'royalty' of Ethiopia. This group does not even acknowledge Somalias sovreignty at all, and believe they were robbed by the colonial powers when Somalia was made their own country. Tigray on the other hand are not really that much different than Somalis, in that we struggled as a minority in the country, and my armies presence in Somalia is strictly peace making. However rest assured, if Amharic ever get power in Ethiopia, you are going to be in for a long and very brutal occupation. Be happy I'm in power.
