Most of these ministers never finished highschool. They are straight from Nomadic lifestyle, a trend that contributes to the stateless nature of Somalia.

The ministers budget is split within the National Budget
This year it was 30 million dollars to be spend .
Foreign , Interior , Industry , Finance , Agriculture and Energy with education have an average 745 000 - 330 000 USD to spend that year.
