Re: is donating blood to red cross xaraam
Let's complicate this a little further.
Say the Red Cross is treating the wounded and feeding the hungry in a Muslim country. Should they be segregating the food and blood according to Christian, Jewish, Zoroastrian and Muslim sources?

This is a no brainer; waa XALAAL.
I mean, if I see someone dying and I could help them.. whatever religion they follow shouldnt matter, they're human after all. If my blood could save a life, regardless if it is jewish, christian, hindu, buddhist or whatever I will happily donate my money even if Shiekhs say its xaram.

It's OK with the Red Crescent (the Muslim equivalent of Red Cross), but I have reservations about the Red Cross. The Red Cross takes advantage of disaffected Muslims to evangelize them.
