One thing Somalinet has taught me is Mj kids have lost familiarity with their native language than anyone else. From Unclebin to Spragga to Paid, none of them can speak Somali properly.
Oppositely the Mareexaan kids usually have the strongest grasp of Somali. Is this all a coincidence or is the same thing that led a Mareexaan to invent the Somali script (Shire Jaamac), draft and implement the Bar ama baro literacy campaigin, the most successful and widely acclaimed in the world (Dr warsame indholey), have the number one Somali language writer (Ahmed Idaajaa), longest serving editor of the BBC (Abdullahi Xaaji), and two of the top 5 poets in Somali history (Cabdi Galayax and Yam-yam)?

If I spoke aff-somaali more often, I would sound like one of the Isaaq kids here; do you want another 10 Emperior's running around here?

Paidmonk, Emperior does not speak Af-Soomali, he is one of the qaldaans most far away from standard Somali.
He writes things such as "haan rabaa" and "manay aheen" for "baan rabaa" and "ma way ahayn". He reminds me of the West Africans who can't pronounce "Acuudi bilaahi" so they say "Hahuzu bilahi".

Dawlad, marmar you sound like you have alot of sense, but other times waan kaa yaaba.
what you just said has no logical sense whatsoever.
But I must agree, we have a Af-Somali problem.
1ST issue is 'Confidence' in writing it, personally speaking.

It's true about the lack of confidence. I remember Spragga once saying he doesn't write in Somali because he is not confident in it.

LOOOL he lumps all Mj kids together.
From Klash, Ureysoo, Sexy K, Ukman, The whole Abdi Ciise Crew etc speak as good somali as anybody on Snet.
Maybe it has to do with the circumstances.
Like living with a mother who's mother tongue is arabic and living in Saudia Arabia and Canada my whole life.
Yet my somali is still decent. Written somali is different.
Whats your obsession with Mj?
"Is it good for your clan to have the presidency?"
"Your clan's history in Af-Somali and what Snet shows."
etc
U MAD?

No dude I was stating the abdi ciise dude on Snet.
Whatever there names where.
Abdi ciise and that other guy.
Ofcourse there are Mareexans on Snet who speak choppy somali.
Nabz, Saddam and all those little UK kids.
What does that say? Your a product of your environment.
I am sure Nabz never lived in Dixon. If she had she would speak flawless somali.

Nabz impeccable Somali.
Saddam's Somali is still better than yours and the rest of your clans group.

You guys spent more time reading than we did, DS.
Think of it this way; you got more practice. You and Sadaam have more combined posts than the entire Harti clan on S-Net.
Give us more time and posts and we shall amaze.
