Keeping Weight off During Ramadan
I always gain weight during Ramadan due to overeating at afuur.
What can one do in addition to running to the gym to keep the weigh gain to a minimum ?

Limit eating macmacaan at afur; increase eating veggies, fruits and mushaari.

don't over eat hadee, tartiibso inyar. Have timir and water and you'll be too full to eat all the sambuus, bajiyo, malawax, hilib or whatever else you have for afur.
