minneapolis-st. paul airport somali taxi drivers revolt

Post by musika man »

against the advice of the islamic organisations, these dudes had the nerve to refuse to take passengers who bought cheap alcohol from the airport duty free shops in their sealed bags, or carry a blind person with a guide dog.
this is what happened.
new laws were introduced and passed for those drivers who refuse to pick up passengers who are not intoxicated or do not appear dangerous.
first offense: 30-day suspension of airport taxi license.
second offense: two-year suspension.
this law became effective on may 11.
what did they achieve?
will they quit driving cabs now?
these dudes should learn to respect others, they only gave somalis a bad name.
