Whats going on in Hargeisa ??

We are getting reports from Sanag region in Badhan district that the S/land armed forces have during the week repositioned themselves in Shimbirale, a small settlement 10-15km east of Badhan town.
S/land armed forces have entered the district of Badhan in Sanag region and may well head towards the districts capitol, Badhan town, 106km east of Erigavo.
P/land has confirmed that its forces have been put on high alert in Badhan district as a result of S/land’s forces taking up new positions close to Badhan town.
Already the socalled Puntland forces have taken an defensive role ( not good in military therms ) But why is Hargeisa moving deeper inside in Sool and now in the eastern bits of Sanaag as well ?
I never thought we had military bases in Xingalool and other towns that far east !
Whats going on and why the small steps.
and what about the warsanglis and their maakhir state what can they say `?
when The P/land governor of Sanag, Mr Muhammud Saeed Noor in Garowe still has PL soldiers in their land ...
