THE VIRTUE OF REMEMBERING ALLAH SWT

[HELWAA]

Asalaam aleykum

Allah the allmighty has said :

"Therefore remember me, I will remember you
Be gratefull to me,and never show me ingratitude"
Al-baqarah 2:152

"O you who believe remeber Allah with much rememberance" Al-Ahzâb 33:41

"And the men an women who remember Allah frequently, Allah has prepared for them A frogivness and a great reward"
Al-Ahzâb 33 :35


"And remember your Lord (rabb) by your tongue And within Yourself, himbly and in awe, Without (UTAN) loudness (hög röst, gapa skrika)
By words in the morning and in the afternoon.
And be not among those who are neglectfull"
Al-Arâf


The prophet muhammad saws (salih allahu aleyhi wa salam) said;
"Allah the most high (AL-'ALIYY ) says;

"I am with my slave when he thinks of Me.
And i am whit him when he mentions Me.
For if he mentions Me to himself,
I mention him to Myself.
And if he mentions Me in a gathering,
I mention him in a superior gathering.
If he approaches Me by a hand´s width (handens längd)
I approach him by an arms lenght.
And if he approaches Me by an arms lengt,
I approach him with TWO arms length.

And if he comes to ME walking...
I hasten to him swiftly"

Al-Bukhari 8/171


The prophet(asw) even said:
" Whoever sits down and does not mention the name of Allah before he rises.
will find it a cause of sorrow from Allah
whoever lies down and does not mention the name of Allah before he rising.
Will find it a cuase of sorrow from Allah"
Abu Dawud 4/264 Al-Albani sahihul-jämi as saghir 5/342

"No people sits in a gathering without mentioning Allah.
And without asking Allah for blessings on their prophet, except
that it will be a cuase of sorrow for them.
Thus Allah if he Allah wiches he will punish them.

Al-bukhari
Muslim 1/539 med orden "The house in wich Allah is remembered
And the house in wich Allah is not rememberd Are like the living And dead"
