Given the latest wave of unrest and upon my request through my UN chain of Command , effective 09/14/07 , 00:00 Zulu, Task Force " Common Sense" mission in Snet previously operating under UN chap 6 { pacific settlement of dispute} has been upgraded in accordance with Security Council resolution No 1759 to a chapter 7 thus giving my forces greater operational flexibilty the pursue and neutralize the utterly divisive and polarizing elements of society.

Now the unilateral disengagement from the battle zone of the Kumbo Harti militia uopn their leader , Muqtada cilmiile Al qurjiile , call on the air to immediatly cease fire for the duration and in observance of the holly month of Ramadan not only changes the nature of the conflict but also our very own tactical stand ....as far as Task Force Common Sense is concerned ...... We have to not only acquire the void in the battle zone , act as a buffer but also to keep civilian casualties to a minimum.
