Its not the graphics card, all settings are set to max, its the fact that the game is 3 years old.

And I'm not sick, I'm just replaying the civil war in my own free time.

Can you be Skinny in the game?

Mike, no you can't, however I can try to mod the game and use some texture tools to put a skinny in the gunner's seat.

if it was african-americans instead of somalis in that game there would ne a national outcry from all african-americans. somalis suck they cannot create an effective media champaign to challenge the video game

I kill shit loads of African Americans in Grand Theft Auto 3, no public outcry.

The quality of the graphics is subpar. This must be a 32/64mb low quality card.
