its not allowed to say i swear down as this is a form of shirk(associating partners with allah)

as you are ment to only swear on allah nothing else not your mothers lifes or your fathers or any living thing

brothers and sister in islam ders minor shirk and major sirk

major shirk is calling on other than allah for example the prophet salla lahu allyaihim wasalam to help u with sumthing or any human or animal or jin

minor shirk can consist of swearing on other than allah for example wen u say swear down ur swearing on the floor

even showing off to do an act of ibada is minor shirk
