The Prophet (S.A.W.) was once passing through a street in Madina when he saw some youths engaged in a contest of lifting a heavy stone. The Prophet (S.A.W.) asked if they would like him to be the judge of who was the strongest of them all. They eagerly agreed.

Then the Prophet (S.A.W.) said: “To prove who is the strongest, there is no need to lift the stone. I can say that the strongest person is he who can control his desire to sin. Such a person is surely brave.”

The closest version of that Hadith I heard of reads like this:


"Strongest amongst you is not who takes down people in wrestling. In fact, the strongest person is heshe who can control hisher anger ”.

^ Someguy, you didn't mention the source which points the Hadith to be weak. Also, just because you haven't seen a hadith doesn't mean it is weak or unauthentic.

Besides, Heliwaa hasn't done anything wrong for you to come down hard on her and accuse her to be fabricating a Hadith on a daily basis.

Didn't you hear that any Arab who sells 'zaythum' would say 'The narrated by Abu Hurayra that anyone who eats 3 zaythun a day will enter to Jenna'?. There was time when all Arab street vendors would make up Hadith to sell their products!.
