im glad you agree with the naseeha, because there are those that hate shiekh Ali yet they claim to be following the dawah of the salaf. those are the ones i disagree with, because on the tape shiekh Ali talks about judgement being only for Allah, and he talks about jihad being from the peak of our deen.

i heard abt Al-Firqah An-Naajiah they were a group from hizbatahrih they left them and made this new group

akhi i advice u 2 look into depth abt taghoot and what the real scholars say abt it

the prophet sala lahu alyhim wasalam said dont go agaisnt the ruler if he beats ur bck or takes ur wealth or even if he is an absynian slave

he also said they wuld cum unjust rulers afta him

he didnt say u shuld go against them

allah doesnt humilate any1 for no reason also if u go against the sunnah and the quran allah will misguide u nd he says he will leave u on that road

ahmed bin hanbal on of the 4 imams was beaten by the unjust ruler he was treated awful in his tym and he neva went agaisnt the rulers the thing ahmed bin hanbal was fighting agaisnt was that the people saisd the quran was created and he said the quran is the word of allah nd it wasnt created he neva said anything bad abt the ruler so what makes these muslims at this tym betta nd have the nerve to cal out agianst any ruler and call them taghoot fear allah

Akhi you used the example of imam ahmed (rahimhuallah), when he was tortured by the leader of that time. well the leader of that time ruled by the shariah, although he was mutazilite in aqeedah, thats why imam ahmed didnt call him a kafiir.

let me give you another example though, from the time of the salaf. al-hajaj bin yusuf, this guy was the greatest tyrant . he killed Abdullah ibn zubair(radialahu anhu) in front of the kabaah, he killed many tabieen like saeed ibn jubair etc..But the thing is Al-hajaj despite all of these things ruled by shariah,and he conqured india through the jihad. But despite having some good in him, many of the tabieen like qatada,mujahid,saeed ibn jubair also a sahabi Abdullah ibn Zubair (radialahu anhu) considered him a kaafir.Although many stayed silent because he at least ruled by shariah and didnt take the enemy as friends.

So by some understanding of some people, Abdullah ibn zubaIr (radilahu anhu) is a kharaji, and some of the tabieen are khawarij.

so akhi this not an issue of being an unjust ruler, because we do not go against a ruler because he is unjust. We go against him because he does not rule by what Allah commanded.im sure you know the ayat in the Quran.

"Whoever does not govem (rule) with what Allah has revealed, those are the Zalim (the oppressors), "(5:45)

"Whoever does not govern (rule) with what Allah has revealed, those are the fasiq (the evildoers) ".(5:47)

"Those who do not govern (rule) by what Allah has revealed, are the disbelievers, "(5:44)

And there is no debate amongst the salaf, that whoever does not rule by the shariah has left the fold of al-islam, and this is also known by the ijmaa'ah of the scholars.THE TEXT IS CLEAR.

i would like to give you this statement of imam ahmed , in regards to the tawagheet.

Imaam Ahmad was asked by the jail guard when he was in the jail, he said: “O Abu ‘Abdullah! The Hadeeth that was narrated about the tyrants and their supporters is authentic?” Imaam Ahmad said: “Yes.” The jail-guard said: “Am I amongst the supporters of the tyrants?” Imaam Ahmad answered: “The supporters of the tyrants are those who cut your hair (i.e. barber), and washes your clothes, and make your food good, and deals with you in trade (i.e. selling and buying). As for you, you are amongst the tyrants themselves.”

This story was mentioned by Ibn Al-Jawzi in his book: “Manaqib Al-Imam Ahmad” page 397

akhi jazakalakhair for that however in the same ayat it talks abt the people to so if we dont rule by allah's law 1st we should check ourselves do we rule by allah's law before we make judgments upon others coz the ayat talks abt us the normal people

however akhi u should understand that the ruler's maybe sinners or opressors but they have neva said what eva they do in there lands to the people that its halaal so we cant make judgement upon them

the prophet salla lahu alyhim wasalam said dont go agianst him so that is what he left for us so we dont go against this if u follow it inshallah u will be guided and if u go against u are going against the decree of the prophet

akhi the best thing for u 2 do walaahi is do dua and dont worry abt no ruler or anything else coz in ur grave u will be asked abt urself not any ruler or any other person and im tellin u now that theres nothing u can do abt this allah has decreed this to happen so u cant change it so make dua and may allah answer our dua's
