He wasn't lying. In Iran, they give gays sex operations to live like a woman. Basically, gays in Iran are either executed or transexuals.

It's Mahmoud Ahmedinejad. It's the Faris version. In Arabic it would be Mahamud Ahmed ibn najad.

Emphasis: "like in your country." And he's correct 100%. The media is twisting what he said and making it like he denied the existence of a single gay in Iran.
