Yes mr Odinga is dead but his son is running as president ....Raila Odinga...but nobody knows who will win.....It is interesting to know their views of the somalis and NFD somalis too.....we will see....

Arabman.....the political landscape is changing since I left 1995.....
they have KANU...which is moi and Jomo kenyatta party....it is not in power in more....PANU.....the rulling party kibaki is the current president..

from what i've been reading online kibaki went to North eastern where somalis live and he was humilated and booed by somali residents. you might want to do a google search and find the article. one of Railas right hand men is a Kenyan-Arab his name is Najib balala, so thats good news.

i'm really not intouch with people in kenya so i really dont know the reality on the ground. i'm not going to put too much trust in the kenyan newspapers
