USC/SNA battled US elite forces (Delta Force, Army Rangers, Navy Seals, Airborne divisions)

Considering who they were fighting, the SNA did quite well, only losing 10-25 soldiers per dead US soldier.

Most of the people who died were innocent civilians in Mogadishu, as usual.

The US military is excellent at killing innocent civilians.

The US has always excelled in war, they've never lost a major battle.
They've lost plenty of wars, but not for want of winning battles. The other parts of winning wars (forcing their enemies into submission, creating political opportunities, equitable peace agreements) they are horrible at.

1000 Somalis died

18 Americans

Americans did not have any national interest in Somalia other than a new "world order" objective to be a better "people-serving" superpower so after the American public outrage, withdraw. Did not care about Somalia even for a second to stay.

What victory?

What victory?

War waxaan fiiriya....soo film hollywood ka ma sameeyn 3 oct...so markii 18 mareykan, 20 pakistan, 30 maleysian la dilay Mareykanka ma go'aansan inuu ka baxo Somalia?

At the end, yaa ga gabsaday ujeedadisa hore...Mareykanka wexey rabeen inay Jan Caydiid dilaan mise qabtaan....Jan Caydiid wuxu rabay in Mareykanka iyo UN-ta ka baxaan Somalia.

3 oct ka bacdi,

Clinton wuxu go'aansaday inuu raadisika Jan.Caydiid joojiyo...uuna wadanka Somalia ga baxo gabi ahaanba March 1994.

March 1995, sanad ka bacdi Mareykanka iyo UN-ta Somalia wey ka carareen.

Yaa gaaray objective-kiise? Yaana ku qasaaray?

3 Oct 1993, waa maalintii Guusha Ummada Somaliyeed, gaar ahaan kuwa geesinimadooda xadeeystay maalintaas!
