History lesson 101.

1984-1989

That time period was a time when Isaaqs were against all somalis even including some pro faqash isaaqs. It was darood(Ogaden and Harti mostly) Dir (gadabursi), Hawiye, Marehan, Raxawayne,jareer, etc...and rest of God knows what they were somalis.

It was this backed by one of the strongest armies in Africa with all of its jet fighters manned by South African and Nambian mecinary pilots we were facing.

We face a force like that, but SNM started a gorrila war and start to chip away their power until they made the government that Siad Afwayne Barre called out Omar Arti Ghalib to start a party to run for elections, to sort save Afwayne from losing the grip of power.

in 1988, the snm entered Hargeysa and Burco wiht just little 3 thousand men 1,500 to liberate each city, quite suprisingly they did take over Burco and most parts of Hargeysa until they were bombarded from the air by those macinary pilots. It shows though you had the numbers in great ration, though you had all the fire powers, the SNM still managed to come into Hargeysa and Burco and actually take full control of both cities....imagine that.

1989, the USC was formed....then it was all up to darood and their lil allies to fight the isaaqs....from that point on it was cruch time. The daroods were massacred by the hundreds in Somaliland, the Ogadens started to run back to their nomad land in the hawd and even we went after them there and we still are.

The Siyad Barre regime became desperate and powerless until 1991, the USC entered xamar. It took only 2 WEEKS to rout red berets of Barre all the way to gedo..where was your bravery then. Caydiid even came after you to GEdo and you run away...You were soundingly beaten many times until barre fled to Kenya and even Nigeria only to be brough back in body bag. So what bravery is there.

Unlike fulayda darood we never run to the borders, we face our enemies. We showed that time and again, however only paper tigers like yourself can yapp online while we all know that when the real battles take place, history teaches us that it's daroods who always end up runing to the border.

Today we are still expanding east word (just took over LA), and south ward, as our sub clans of HY, Arab and ciidagale are gaining ground on Ogadens in Hawd.

We have never been invaded and defeated. The only time we were harmed was when we fell for the love of Somaliwayne, never again though.
