You can't take 1 aayat that says "Fight for the sake of Allah and give your life in jihaad" to jusfity suicide bombings when it clearly means "fight for the sake of Allah and give your life in jihaad" against the specific few who fight you, not a mother and her children shopping in a market. No discussion, any arguments you have are with Allah SWT and his qur'aan. So please stop embarassing us and our diin and giving people a reason to discredit Islam...if you wanna blow urself up at wal-mart, do your thing..lakiin diinta afkiina ka saara

The problem is, some people just take a verse without reading the Tafsir.. They get so hyped up and work out thier own explainations. Its something we all slip into but seriously, young minds are misled and when the west is so obsessed with Islam and focus's on them 24/7 it's bound to cause upset amongst those who love Allah, except that love is perhaps of another kind.

However, sheikh Qaradawi and other sheikhs like him aren't some people; they are respected and highly regarded Islamic scholars.

The correct term is homicide bombing because their object is to kill as many people as possible.

As for if such acts are xaaraam it depends on the circumstances and thus open to interpretation. But anytime one targets un armed civilians thats cold blooded murder.

I am talking about ordinary people just like perhaps you & I. Scholars are Scholars, they study the book of Allah in and out, they are the ones who write the Tafsir's and many other publications to keep the Sunnah and the word of Allah alive.

So then let me ask a question, what if you didn't blow urself up but you walked up with an AK-47 and killed 10 (unarmed) civilians at a market who were busy minding their own business buying groceries....is that xaraam? of course

so how come it's suddenly acceptable if you die along with those 10 people, while in the act of killing them?

Killing your self is out of the question it is not Jihad. Allah says dont kill yourself,and dont put yourselfs in danger.
Even manslaughter isn't excatly manslaughter in the Shari'ah..
