somalia has been without a functioning govermoent for more than 17 yrs and they are still scare of the NSS while living in the western world ..i never understood why

i have uncle whos a seaman, that lives in East London he left somali when he was 13 and he never went bak since then, and guess what? the motha fuka is scare is still scare of the NSS.. we cant mention NSS around him.. we can say NSS, NSA, USA anything but NSS hes pertified of that name
