What happened Las Anod yesterday and the last couple of days was unheard of. If you remember the reinforcements that were sent to Las Anod in order to force the secessionists to retreat to their old bases were mostly MJ and Mohamoud Garad subclan of Dhullos. Warsangeli rejected to provide troops because they told Puntland that it is unpredictable and too risky to be involved in this fight. They said, "We know Dhullos , esp when they are divided, you would mostly definately suffer the most casaulty..therefore, one should not venture at this type of predicament." That was the chiefs' comment.

What happened was that the MJ reinforcement was ambushed and shot from the back. Almost 30 Mjs died in that war including two colonels. If you valued the Harti name , you should have accomodated the dhulbahante { and the warsans} as INTEGRAL part of Majeertenia when you had the chance .

You haven't understood the gist of the post. Saxib, the war situation is within Harti themselves, first it was Dhullo vs Dhullo and now MJ vs Dhullos and Iidoor. Who are to suffer the most. It is the civilians saxib.

I sympathised with Hawiye civilian casualty before and i am now sympathising with LA.

Puntland wasn't a Majeertiniya entity but it is on its way to becoming such an entity by the destructive policies of Cade Muuse. We shared similar aspiration since Maakhirites plant the incense to which the entity draws its name. Frankincense was our main cash crop besides fish and livestock. Our vision for this entity was the same goal in terms of (1)powersharing and the (2)stability and (3)progress of our region.

The first one was fulfilled altho not to an acceptable level, but the second and third objectives were not, so we had to withdraw from this union and form our own Maakhir.
