Somaliland will be part of Somalia in the eyes of the outside world, but in the eyes of Somalis it will be a seperate administration with no connection to the south. If the south ever got a government and it refused to recognize Somaliland, what would happen is that SL would be very isolated in relations to stuff the Southern Government would be able to do.
BUT, The South will never have a government, so SL doesn't have to worry about that

and you know what a Xamar govt would gain by having Somaliland?
