This one is one of her earliest songs:

You can notice how her voice had changed over the years!

Koronto,
One of her songs that shows her original voice is Wabiyo Isu Ooman...I love that song.. She was really a legend...
Great-Legend,
Walaal ruux haween ah oo dhimatay maxaad ka aflagaaddeen? Ma waxaad tahay qolyihii uu Amin Amir ka sawirey cartoonka ee uu yidhi" Fanaan qabiilkaaga ah heestiisa ayaa la dhegeystaa"...

Re: Magool...
She did no justice to her music when she cheered toothless moriyans to battle leading them to slaughter innocent Darood women and children. She would even take off her clothes and intimidate the HG moriyan that she would stay back and let the Abgaal militias rape her if her HG mooriyans ran from the battlefield. Of course she used to put on her clothes and ran like a possesed woman with her mooriyan. of all the music artists none has brought more embarresment to themselves like she did to her soul. She is dead now and it is no right to talk about the dead. Nevertheless, her actions speak for themselves.

She felt strongly for her people .. and she has every right to.

Did I touch a piece of your feminine nerve? You freaking piece of Mudug roasted coal, open your eyes or I will open them for you. Anyways, Abgaal have always said:
“Habar Gidir habaarana habrooshinka entay usiidaa?”
Now quote that

Twisted_Logic,
Magool stud with her people, rightly so at a time of war. Now if some people don't like her because of this it's really irrelevant. She was a legend in her own life time and a big name in Somali music which her had left her mark forever as 'Boqorada Codka. This can never be changed no matter what anyone says.

Re: Magool...
Twisted thats some serious BACAAC. Every Somali had to pick a side, nin yar iyo nin weyn including those in the public eye. Its pure ignorance for u to see her actions embarrassing cause she didn't do what u would have liked her to do.

Re: Magool...
I listened to an interview Magool gave to BBC in the mid-90s, she apologized for her actions during the USC years and said she had repented, then asked for forgiveness from anyone she had ever wronged. Within a year she died! Allah ha u naxariisto, aamiin!

Re: Magool...
Twisted ..FYI.. Abgaal have said many thing including.
"Darood xamar waa laga sifeyhaa" 91* while ali nafto was planing to bring back the dictator.
"Habar gidir waalaga sifeyhaa Xamar" at the time they were in the back of pick up trucks escaping towards Jowhar.
Muuse suudi " Cabdullahi Waxiisa hadii ey birr tahayne waala garab socohaa,,hadii ey buufintahay ne waa la bajihaa.." at the time of beying promoted from a warlord status to a member of parliament.
Dadkiina meesha aad u socotiin iyo meesha aad ka timideen ma taqaanin ..sida xoolaha ayaa u kala socotiin.
The last qoute i would take any notice of.. is the one which was qouted by people of your likes..

I am not much into Somali music, but i have heard that she is pretty good singer. So i will give her the benefit of the doubt. Furthermore, I wasn’t criticizing her music. I was strictly talking about her behavior during the war. As a national figure she should have used her God-given talents to good use and used it as a tool to bring people together much like her own clansman such as Hassan Aden Samatar. I hear she has repented from what she has done and kudos to her for that. But her ugly behavior has tarnished her image extremely. I wish that God forgives her. Her deeds show the extreme destruction qabyalad can cause. We ask for her forgiveness.
