Why Do All Somali/Somalilander Leaders Fly To Addis Ababa

Why is it before every major trip, the Presidents/Vice Presidents of the TFG and Somaliland all swing by Addis Ababa ?

What do they do there ? Are they running things by their overlord ?

I wonder why hawyie dont just go their seperate way and form their own Land like somaliland.Why do they put themself's through the pain of engageing with darod's and not do what isaaq's have done take the darod's that can be human or have the potentail to be tought how to be human,and dissengage with the rest.
I have friends that are darod who blame everything thats happend or thats happening on hawyie people.They are totaly blind to what they do or have done and so dont learn from their past mistakes put keep repeating them over and over again.
