Why do West African's houses stink?

walahi i remember the last house my family lived in, we lived next to these from ppl cameroon, nice people and all

but THEY STUNK, they always were cooking and it smelt! UUF, especially during the SUMMER...COTDAMN, so glad the pool was right behind us

and since we were in a townhouse, that sh1t leaked over

hooyo used so much uunsi, lmao

same thing with one of my eedos who recently moved into this townhouse that was inhabited by Nigerians before

walahi they are the dirtiest somali people i have ever seen/heard of

the house smells like xaar, STRAIGHT UP

they got new carpet, WHITE carpet and now its BLACK

the kitchen is always dirty (how do they eat?)

the beds reek of Kaadi and Xaar and this isn't the eldery (which we all know need to be taken care of, by all means)! but young people who can stand and walk to the bath!

Fah wallahi tou are not lying. Right before EID I went around trying to find a specific colored khameez and when I had not luck with Somalis, I tried a Gambian store. There is nothing that can describe that smell.

I use to wonder the same thing about Koreans when I was younger . Whenever I went to one of my little Koreans friends houses I wondered why they smelled funny. Just different foods and recipes is all.

What you eat can affect body odor too. When many Africans and Asians first cam into contact with Europeans they would say that Europeans smelled like wet dogs and chickens. The large consumption off meats by Euros is what gave them a distinctive body odor to those not accustom to them.

@FAH, I hate dirty people! Some people just don't try to concern themselves with hygiene, even in America they still live like they are still back home. I just hate foul smells, specially body odor.

True in 2001, our neighbors were a newly married cadaan couple and my mother invited the woman and her mother for qaxwo and Somali doolshe once and the first thing she said was "My thiss house smells so nice". Uunsi baa loo soo gaday and came back saying her mother wants to know where can get them for her friends.
