Sheekh Fuaad was one of the UIC top members and as a matter of fact was the head of the courts in three Muqdisho districts including Kaaraan. His headquarter at the time was Muuse Suudi Yalaxoow's house. Imagine an Awrtable controlling three districts in Muqdisho? That is how clanless the courts were.
