I mean, why can't I be seperated from my cell phone? If you don't answer their call, why do they come to the conclusion that you are avoiding them or you don't wanna talk to them. There are million other reasons that could've made you miss that call, but none is good for them.

you have to set rules earlier on dude, everyone must know that you don't answer numbers you don't recognize, private calls and/or all calls in general after a certain time on weeknights unless of course you're that important. seriously, you have to train them from early on. i have.

But if someone leaves a message...I always try to get back to him/her...But if they don't leave a message...It should be ok that I didn't return their call...

But no one can train our people....
