**** Since Abgaal is one of biggest and Hiraab including Habar Gidir is lagest group of Hawiye they should hold prime minister position.....rest hawiye is very small. 85% of hawiye are hiraab (that incl. Abgaal & HG) so if you want deal with hawiye you have deal with them,,,
