The current people of Xamar should have showed sympathy to the innocent people they have killed, maimed and uprooted from their houses 17 years ago. I am not happy with what is currently happening in Somalia but I can see why some people would not be sympathetic to the people of Xamar.

Ashlee, it depends on one's faith, somalis who believe in Allah do care about what happens to other human beings let alone someone who has much in common with them. Human decency, justice, kindness, are all characteristics of a muslim. I know plenty Mjs who are individualistic, faithful, reasonable, and too sane to care and who don't view a granny in Muqdisho as belonging to a different clan but identify with her and with her misery.


There are somali muslims out there who are true to their word and do not live in pre-islam mentality.

I can understand if majerteen dont care about the people in Xamar what i dont understand is why do they cry for Ethiopians, "why ethiopians being dragged, why havent ethiopians been given shah yet', like what the hell...


If they dont care nor want to help at least they should keep silent...
