What's your choice which city do you think fits that bill,a place where law and order is proudly maintained tax is collected and i spent on local services where no body is allowed to carry weapons in public,I think it's time we encouraged peace and development and frawned on lawlesness.

I've been to hargeysa... its good for a somali town.. but the police are corrupt... i witness a tuug getting cought once for something which i wasnt sure of... but then the tuug managed to broker a deal with the police.. and later i saw them counting money..

if you can buy off the police.. the system is weak and not very safe.

bosaso is the most peaceful city in somalia

the largest police headquarters of somalia is only 1 mile away from the city with more then 2,000 police trainees

guys dont mention hargesa or burco or berbere or lascanood

they city and towns are not in somalia

these are in somaliland
