Anyone been around the gulf lately?

this summer i went and stayed in dubai for to weeks on my way the hargeisa and the place was nice. Suprisingly everyone was friendly, the airport staff and security were having casual conversations with my mum and shit, which is a rarety in the gulf. but its probably due to the fact that Dubai is the las vegas of somalis, they thrive on somali money. i went through to Qatar once on transit, they are rude b*****ds. i remember when they asked my dad in a rude way what do you are you doin in Qatar, business of pleasure? he got pissed because he thought they were thinking he was a terrorist, these are his exact words " none if your business you fuckin smelly hindi", im suprised he didnt get arrested.
