reer isaaq get in here, ive got a question!
is there any proof that isaaq binu haashim ever existed, besides the grave? and is there any proof if he did exist that the clan isaaq are descended from him and that its not just a myth like hercules? i remember when i went to hargeisa, my paternal aunt and her family who seem to me to
be so religiously zealous that they are sufi or something happened to have an old, beautiful painting (ironic) of the great man himself. i remember when i asked jockingly "did he even exist?" they nearly cut my head off they were soo insulted, my mother among them:lol:.

WTF abdi ismail
first of all allways refer to as Duriyadda Sheikh Isahaaq "
Or else Ishaak extremists like LiQaaye and Xplaya might get insulted and attacked you .
second of all
there might be something true in that story
A small group of Habr Yunis have allways lived in Maydh , Sanaag since the beginning of the Ishaakish century for around 700 years ago
it means to us what Antartica meant to Superman

So apologise to your family mate!

PS
PM KUNDILE HE HAD THE STORY
of the Tomb and everything in Sanaag
Re: reer isaaq get in here, ive got a question!
Proof?
Geographical...all related Isaaq sub clans live within geographically proximate regions
Geneological...there isn't any dispute at all on the geneological line from Isaaq down 20 + generations
Historical...Isaaq clans like Habar Awal were mentioned in 18th century Arab and Ethiopian chronicles
Physical...of course, the tomb in Maydh

Re: reer isaaq get in here, ive got a question!
Okay all kiding to a side, we are not children of isxaaq nor are darood children of jabarti...
They were both two great Arab men who came to spread the Islamic faith to horn of Africa. When they came, the somali people were there ALREADY inhabiting the 'ardul somaal'..
Later Sh. Isxaaq settled with us and married one of our daughters, he brought with him the Islamic faith and to Allah's will we become Muslims today, we then inherited his name, the Great Sheikh Of Isxaaq.
The daroods are the same story, but he must have a suufi or else they wouldn't be so stinky crazy people. Wax ale waxu ku akhriyey garan mayno, but Sh. Isxaaq did his job well. May Allah bless his soul.

Sheekh Isaxaaq is as real as the sun and the moon. You can see the nation he founded gracefully raise making him proud every day.
You can't put Isaaqs on the same sentence as Dooro. The Dooro is as fake as Pamela Anderson's boobz. There is more shit to it than it looks. You have WAAQS which they can't explain as to why they share it with the Oromo. Their cousins in Yemen scoop Xaar and carry it on their head.
The Hawiye is a lost Hutu tribe. Go figure.

LoooooooooooooooL@ isaaq binu haashim & the descendant of Bani Hashim....
Am not even kidding, but I heard a Somali Fella who happens 2 be Isaaq, claimed to be the descendant of “Bani Hashim”. Guess what happened 2 him?. He got lashed, tortured, and was held in detention for about 2 months, before the Saudi government deport him back 2 Somalia.
Additionally, Isaaqs or as I call them "Qaldaans" --- are the offspring of a chap called “Bucur Buceyr”. The folk dwelled in Ethiopia (formally known as “Bilaad Al-Habasha”).
Waranle.....
There’s a difference between testimony and mere declaration. What u wrote above is considered as plain statement without a valid verification 2 back it up. We want 2 know more about this self-styled Sheikh......

Stinky,
Actualy Bucur Bacayr was the king of the land before Sheekh Isaxaaq came and killed him.
I think you have heard the Somali phrase "miyaanay dhamaanayn, ma magtii Bucur Bacayr ba?"... Every friday, Isaaq still repay Magtii Bucur Bacayr to the Gabooye and Midgaans.

Stinky,
Perhaps you have forgotten that more of Bucur Bacayr's kids are today part of the Dooro Oromo confederation.
At least you recognise the fact that Sheekh Isaxaaq was a nobleman of highest status unlike the Waaqist Xaar Scoopers.

It’s quite apparent that the offspring of “Bucur Bucceyr” are Isaaqs, but it’s alright as long as the claim of the 3 Habros being Arab can compress the preceding fact. Beside, how can they claim 2 be the descendant of Sheikh Isakh and yet again attach themselves 2 Irir. A lot of issues 2 tackle indeed, Lol.....
